Hi Lena! Omg I am so grateful I stumbled upon your videos! I was 100% in my lazy girl era and I’ve been in that cycle like you talked about that you were in years ago. And I wanted to say thank you. For your insight, inspiration and for resonating with me and relatability without even knowing me! I started meal prepping again and I’m back in the gym. Mind you I just started again but I have a whole new perspective on my “why” and you helped me to tap into that because for me it’s an inside out journey. I was limiting myself and being hard on myself because I used to be in great shape and today I’m at my worst shape so I was feeling defeated. thank uuu, most of the time i have never time to do things in the morning bc im always really tired and i do everything in the evening, but i always get almost late to school bc i cant wake up and in the weekends i sleep till like 12 but i do set an alarm like if i dont do that i can sleep till 4pm and still feel tired, i dont know why im always tired :( waking up early is really hard for me so thanks for these tips! <3

Honestly, this is just what I needed. I have recently just moved houses, so I feel like my routine and just everything is out of whack.
